Greetings, Future Trends Forum friends! This week we will examine blended learning.  On Thursday, August 2nd, from 2-3 pm EST, we'll be joined by Kelly Walsh, Chief Information Officer at The College of Westchester. In June of 2016, Walsh became Community Administrator for the Flipped Learning Network (flippedlearning.org), the original non-profit online community sharing resources focused on flipped teaching and learning. Walsh also writes the Technology Perspectives column for University Business magazine, and teaches as a member of The College of Westchester faculty of administration.  In 2009, Walsh founded EmergingEdTech.com, where he writes and shares guest articles about student-centered learning and emerging instructional technologies. I plan on asking Kelly about where blended learning stands now.  Which institutional practices best support it, and what are its practical benefits?  Where is blended headed? More importantly, you will have the chance to ask your own questions. After all, the way the Forum works is that all attendees can ask our guests questions, engage and collaborate with other leaders in education technology, and also invite friends and colleagues to join.
